|
灵修应有的态度:
灵修读经不是始于理性,而是始于心灵;灵修读经不是为得着知识,而是心灵得着苏醒。灵修读经是让神的话触动心灵,使人在神的话语里得安息。态度应该:
分出时间:耶稣常清晨起来祷告。我们也要将最好的时间献给主。每天至少十五分钟。
态度谦卑:因为“神阻挡骄傲的人,赐恩给谦卑的人”(彼前5:5b)
恳求圣灵:“只等真理的圣灵来了,祂要引导你们明白一切的真理”(约16:13)
真诚交通:灵修是发自内心的寻求神,透过圣经的话语真诚与神相交。
灵修的简易步骤:
1. 静心恭读(Read):求神先安静我们的心,将心中的牵挂交托给神,也将自己透过祈祷献给主。静下来之后,慢慢将经文细读一两遍,让心灵随着经文带动。有什么字句带给你特别的感动?思想这段字句的意义。
2. 反省默想(Reflect) :让圣经的话语光照你,思想主为什么要你看这段经文?这段经文对你个人有什么意义?读到你觉得神向你说话为止。
3. 生命回应(Respond) : 思想如何应用神的话语,如何在生活中实践出来。
有什么应许是我可以抓住的?
有什么态度是我应该改变的?
有什么挑战是我能够接受的?
有什么罪过是我必须悔改的?
有什么诫命是我需要遵守的?
有什么行动是我愿意采取的?
有什么榜样是我必要跟随的?
4. 领受祷告(Rest) :做完回应之后,谦卑地领受神给你宝贵的话语。祷告求主教你如何实践祂的吩咐。为神的国度、教会、肢体、灵命、和需要向神祷告。
所以每日灵修生活不要贪多,而要细细品尝主恩的滋味,可以有三部分:
灵训:让神借着圣经对我们的心说话,当然会经过观察—解释的理性过程,但是也要有直观式的感悟。找出核心主题,并关键的提问。
默想:借着对经文的默想,向我们提出勉励或挑战,圣灵会使用这些勉励,使我们的心灵觉醒,不需要长篇大论,也不是讲道,而是画龙点睛式的提醒。
祷告:即使只是一句祷告,都价值连城。最好是献上自己,规划一场行动。为主作工不能只是说说而已,灵修生活的感动也不应该只停留在当下,行动是最好的应用。
- Welcome: A feast 竭诚欢迎:一顿筵席
一日之计在于晨,除了丰盛的早餐,也需要每日的灵粮。灵修生活是与 神独处的时间,但也可以与属灵伙伴分享,一顿筵席最能抚慰游子的心,即使是一杯咖啡、一壶茶,都可以瞬间融冰。
- Worship: A song 同心敬拜:一首诗歌
一首真诚的诗歌,胜过华丽的曲风。敬拜赞美是以神为中心,叫我们的心思转向神。最好有自己的诗歌资料库,一些常唱的诗歌可以很快拉近彼此的距离,也建立认同感。
- Word: A narrative 聆听圣言:一段经文
经文不能太长,约在15-20节上下,这个时段是让神借着圣经对我们的心说话的时间。
- Wake up: An encouragement 心灵觉醒:一篇勉励
借着经文的应用分享,向我们提出勉励或挑战,圣灵会使用这些勉励,使我们的心灵觉醒,不需要长篇大论,也不是讲道,而是画龙点睛式的提醒。
- Witness: A story 分享见证:一个故事
没有比分享见证更振奋人心的了!生命改变的故事永远是任何聚会的重头戏。真实的见证分享,胜过说教!对于我们自己来说,更是使信心得着激励的好方法。
- Watch over: A prayer 彼此守望:一句祷告
鼓励开口祷告,即使只是一句祷告,都价值连城。两三个人为单位彼此守望,这是最好的关怀方式。
- Work: An action 为主作工:一场行动
最后,是规划一场行动。为主作工不能只是说说而已,灵修生活的感动也不应该只停留在当下,行动是最好的应用。
每日灵修生活(个人或小组)的七个W,是提出一种「七巧版」的模式。七种不同的元素,就像七块不同颜色与形状的的板子,可以拼出不同的图案来。 RPG (Revival Prayer Group)复兴祷告小组,就是一个可以效法的方式,「我实在告诉你们,凡你们在地上所捆绑的,在天上也要捆绑;凡你们在地上所释放的,在天上也要释放。我又告诉你们,若是你们中间有两个人在地上,同心合意的求什么事,我在天上的父必为他们成全。因为无论在那里,有两三个人奉我的名聚会,那里就有我在他们中间。」(太十八18-20) 在疫情期间,透过电话、网路、实体聚集等方式,两三个人为单位彼此守望,同心追求,分享见证,以生命影响生命!
