Facility & Zoom Reservations

General Reservation Guidelines


Reservation: The Zoom Room and Facility request forms and guidelines are below. We would like all members to use online reservations instead of phone calls or emails. Our office staff will respond to your query ASAP via email confirmation. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The church office cannot accept any weekend reservation requests after 12:00 pm on Friday until the following Monday.

Availability for use: Church office staff will make reservations based on the church’s needs, and we will do our best to meet your request(s), however, there is no guarantee that you will have the room you requested for. The room availability will depend on the reservation status at the time. Church office staff reserve the right to reassign your group to a different room if needed.

Reservation Cancellation or Extension: The maximal booking period for the reoccurring activity is three months (Dec – Feb, Mar – May,  Jun – Aug, Sep – Nov), additional reservation requests are needed should you need to extend the reservation. Please notify the office at [email protected] ASAP if you need to make a date or time change or cancel the reservation(s). Failure to notify the office staff at [email protected] may prevent your group from future use.

Zoom Reservations


Submit a request to host an online meeting using a W Zoom line.

Zoom Meeting Guidelines

1. Please use the Zoom room within your reserved time and end the meeting promptly at your scheduled end time. The Zoom lines are shared between different ministries.

2. Remember to log out of the W Zoom account once you have finished your meeting. Opening Zoom again without first logging out may impact other meetings using the same Zoom line.

Outdoor Reservations


As part of some of our ministry changes this fall, we have provided some guidelines for outdoor small groups and are encouraging small groups, if possible while observing the appropriate safety guidelines, to meet outdoors in person to reconnect with one another. We have also designated spaces in our church’s parking lot to help groups meet together outdoors. Our outdoor small group guidelines can be found below.

Outdoor Meeting Guidelines

Before the church is ready to move into the next stage of our re-opening plan, and if local officials have not issued a stay-at-home order, we encourage small groups of less than 10 people to begin meeting in-person OUTDOORS ONLY if the leaders and members are able to safely follow these guidelines:

1) Vulnerable members who are over the age of 65 or immuno-compromised are encouraged to not attend.

2) Temperatures should be taken before arriving and should not exceed 100 degrees. Additionally, any member who has a new onset of cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, nasal drainage, sore throat, muscle pain, or loss of taste or smell should not attend.

3) Masks must always be covering the nose and mouth. For families, only children 10 and older must wear a mask.

4) Limit your meeting time to 90 minutes.

5) Individuals or family units must be at least 6 feet apart.

6) Do not hug or shake hands.

7) Do not bring food to share. Individual food is allowed.
