If you are looking for a Bible reading plan to begin in the New Year, we invite you to download the YouVersion Bible app and join this quarterly NT reading plan as a congregation. Be sure to add your friends, family members, or SG members on the app to share insights and keep each other accountable in your reading, and join us as we pursue God’s Word together in 2025!
Brothers and sisters, please prepare your hearts this Sunday as we take Holy Communion and commemorate Jesus’ sacrifice and shed blood for us on the cross, and reflect on the grace and redemption we’ve received through Him.

Please prepare for spring forward as daylight savings time happens on Sunday, March 9th! Let us prepare our clocks and sleep schedule on the evening of March 8th so we may attend Sunday morning worship on time.
In 1991, responding to God’s call in faith, Pastor Calvin Wong led 40 families from Houston Chinese Church (HCC) to plant a new church, West Houston Chinese Church (WHCC). He served as Senior Pastor for 11 years, guiding its growth and ministry. WHCC later became West Houston Christian Church, reflecting its broader mission and growth. On February 22 this year, Pastor Calvin Wong passed away and went to be with the Lord.
We invite parents to commit to raising your child according to His ways. In order to participate, both parents are required to attend our Infant Dedication Orientation Class via Zoom on March 16th from 3:00 – 4:00 PM. The application deadline is March 9th. Please visit the Nursery on Sunday or email children@whcchome.org for more information.

WHCC’s Care Ministry hosts a monthly Support Group for Parents of Kids with Special Needs. Childcare will be provided for kids and teens with special needs and their siblings, for parents attending the support group. If this is your first time attending, we warmly welcome you to join and ask that you click here to register in advance. Please email careministry@whcchome.org if you have any questions.
