Pastor David Hsu received his Master of Theology (Th.M.) and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary. He joined WHCC as the English pastor in 1993. He was appointed as senior pastor in July 2002. He is married to Cheryl and has two children, Nathan and Hannah.
Due to the forecasted icy rain between Saturday night and this coming Sunday morning, we will plan to hold only worship services on Sunday morning and either cancel or move our ministries online out of safety for our people while preserving the opportunity to worship in person together for those who are able.
