WKids is the children’s ministry at West Houston Christian Church, which consists of over 100 volunteers serving 150+ kids each week.
Our vision at WKids is to “Partner Together to Grow Young Followers of Christ.” We desire for our parents, teachers, and children to all grow in knowing the whole counsel of God so that we love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves.

Children's Sunday School
Happy Summer!
WKids will continue offering two-session Sunday school programs for children in Nursery through Pre-Kindergarten. Elementary-aged children will have a one-session Sunday school program during the first session (9:30 AM–10:45 AM). Registration is available and required ONLY for new students. Parents of students two years to 5TH Grade who have registered for our Fall quarter DO NOT need to re-register.
We encourage parents to attend the Summer Intergen Service with their elementary-aged child(ren) during the second session (11:00 AM–12:10 PM), beginning Sunday, June 8!

Join us for our annual Unity Sunday on June 1! On this special day, WKids will offer a one-session Sunday school program for all children, from Nursery through Elementary grades, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM.
1st session: 9:30 - 10:45AM
2nd session: 11:00AM - 12:15PM
Parent Resources
We offer a variety of different materials to resource parents and help them lead their children closer to God, including downloadable lessons, summer programs, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day activities, family devotions, and more!
